To be a community of support for Muslim converts seeking deeper connections by providing social, emotional, spiritual support.
The Sadeeq Program is a program for Muslim converts looking to foster new and deeper connections with Allah and within the Muslim community.
The word "Sadeeq" is commonly translated as true friend and companion. Finding a sadeeq is a key element of this mentorship program.
This program pairs “Ambassadors” with "Newcomers".
Newcomers are converts or Muslims seeking support.
Ambassadors are mentors and friends to Newcomers, and they assist Newcomers in achieving their goals.
This program offers:
A 6-month commitment for Ambassador-Newcomer pairing
A spiritual ('ibada) action plan with an Ambassador as an accountability partner
Access to a resource database that includes local Muslim organizations and lists of various services
Connections to social events within the Muslim community including Good Tree events
Sadeeq Community Night is held on the 3rd Monday of each month at ICC Tempe. This event is an opportunity to connect with new and existing members of the Sadeeq Program and the Muslim community.
